Whats your favorite poutine? What do you add aside curd cheese, gravy and fries? Sausages? Bacon? Both? What is your favorite gravy for poutines? BBQ, brown gravy, italian sauce?
The classic, made with seasoned fries, is the best. Messing with it is usually overkill. That being said, there's a place around here that tosses their fries in a garlic/parmesan mixture and tops with gravy, canned mushrooms, and green onions with a side of garlic sauce. It's fucking amazing, but I can only get it like once a year cause I feel so sick afterward.
