What do you make with leftover ribs?
All I can think up off the top of my head is fried rice, mac n' cheese topping, poutine, tacos, or putting it on top of egg noodles with a cream sauce.
Those options sound fine
I feel like it would be a good in a toasted sandwich too, especially if you were able to get drippings onto it
