Worst fucking vegetable there is on earth. It has no taste at all and it adds nothing to the food other than a fucked up watery structure. They are nice in salads sometimes but they'd be better without it anyway.
Bellpepper should be fucking eradicated, people just don't know how to use them the only way they are meant to be used, that is not to be used at all.

Pointed pepper is good, it has a lot more flavor, less watery and the skin is thinner. It also tends to be cheaper for some reason. I never buy the big ones anymore, they are trash

carrots. not when raw, but after cooking even a small amount of carrot ends up sweetening any dish by quite a bit, much more so than red peppers. too much and it's almost unbearable.

Sweated onion can be very sweet. The reason onion caramalises so easily is because of the high sugar content.
