I used some microwave bag, but heat them with water is better. Less akaloids. If you only microwave it there is some stuff left, it isnt harmfull, but can have some sideffects.
And if you use some spices you can digest potato better.

Potatos are beautiful because they are simple and have all the qualities of finger food. To me, loading wet slop on it just ruins what makes it naturally good.
