If you want to be able to eat (basically) whatever you want on a regular basis and stay at a healthy weight you need to be an athlete, or work a physically demanding job, or some combination of those two.

Most old people can pretty much eat anything they want without worrying too much about their weight. Their primary concerns with diet is that all their organs are slowly dying and they shouldn't do anything to "shock" them.
