Is there a difference between "fudge" and brownies
>>7635662
Fudge has no flour. It's much more dense and caramel-like.

chopped dark chocolate bars
sugarless cool whip if you have any
nuts if you like
Mix all that and put it in the freezer

you know what'd be good? Dark chocolate fudge with some sort of hazelnut spread mixed in. Not nutella. I guess since the fudge is already literally chocolate, you could just add hazelnuts that are processed as finely as possible. I'd make this right now if I were a fat fuck.
Sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips.
Slightly advance version of that attached.

Fudge is a confection of a lot of densely packed, extremely fine sugar crystals. brownies is a baked good made with flour, sugar, fat and an emulsifier.

Regardless, it's true. I've never understood the appeal of dark chocolate. Is it a cultural thing? Because I just can't fathom anyone prefering it over some rich and creamy milk/white (if I'm up to it) chocolate, especially in the context of fudge.

I bet you drink coffee with milk and sugar.
>>7636565
>drinking coffee
On the few occasions I've had it, yes, I do. It's the only way to consume it without it tasting like concentrated ass moisture.

I second this one, with the condensed milk and chocolate melted together. It's ridiculously simple and the results are amazingly good.
