Honestly, im asking myself this about a lot of food stuff.
I have been on a very strict diet for health reasons the last 2 and a half months. Stomach and throat scarring and damage from GERD and all that.
I have been eating nothing that will trigger reflux. No acids, nothing oily or fatty, soft foods, no caffeine or carbonation
I ate a bratwurst and had a soda a day or two ago, and it was intense as fuck. I felt like those vegetarians who say that eating a burger makes them physically ill. I felt sick to my stomach for hours.
