if you ever got rich would you hire a private chef? You can get one for like 45k
No. I'd rather spend my riches on KFC buckets and Taco Bell 12 packs.

why rent when you can buy?
i would purchase a very tiny asian woman, thai or maybe viet
When I was growing up, my parents employed a housekeeper and a kitchen helper, but, though they could afford it, not an outright private cook. I would guess it's because my mother is very particular on how things are cooked and nothing is ever as good as what she makes.
Had I the cash my parents do, I wouldn't hire a private cook, either. I already employ a housekeeper. Maybe a kitchen helper some day, but not a private cook. My reasons differ from mum's, though, more that I actually enjoy cooking than anything.

fuck you faggot i'll slit you're throat neck
I'd honestly just get really good, fresh ingredients, my dream kitchen, and cook for myself.
Fuck hiring someone to do something I enjoy.

You can hire a live in dishwasher, senpai.
>>7589648
No I don't even really like food
>>7589741
This.
I'd hire someone to pickup my groceries and clean up, but I'd do all the fun cooking stuff myself.
Or just order good takeout for 9 out of 10 meals.

ill do it for 39,000

I couldn't imagine enjoying cooking nearly as much if I didn't do my own grocery shopping. I love my local farmers market for the social aspect, not to mention hand picking my ingredients. Also, ethnic grocery stores are a blast to explore.
A private masseuse would be a wiser choice, especially since it is practically impossible to do that for yourself (unlike cooking).
Of course I would, I could have my calories and macronutrients controlled tightly each day while also having those meals taste great, without having to worry about it at all. It's basically 3/4 of the work of getting in shape taken care of, minus the actual working out part which I enjoy

This is what I'd do. Maybe have a cleaning lady to just clean my kitchen or something.
No but I would make my own restaurant.

No. First off, cooking is fun, and so is going out to nice restaurants. Second, I can think of better things to do with 45k a year food-wise like a culinary school scholarship fund or micro loans to chefs who want to do something cool.

>micro loan
>here is your $500 chef good luck
>may all your wildest dreams come true
lol
First of all I love cooking so I probably would just want to cook for myself. I could also go out to eat whenever I wanted. I know 2 families who have had personal cooks at home and both families were very boring food wise. Like they wouldn't eat at "ethnic" restaurants. I personally enjoy eating foods from different cultures and would rather go to good restaurants than have the same cook attempt making Italian and Japanese food...
If I got really wealthy though I would just travel the world eating awesome local food everywhere. I dream of world travels.

I was thinking more like a few thousand for a food truck or something. Hey, I'd make dreams come true.

No.
If I ever got that rich, I'd just go out to different restaurants every night or order delivery and tip very generously.
