Hey people. I'm not a /ck/ guy, but i request your services.
I'm a big fan of eggs, mostly since they are cheap and i'm a poorfag. so, i wanted to ask you people about omelettes, what do you put in them, tricks for them to be good, etc etc.
Basically, omelette thread
Eggs aren't cheap, they're expensive compared to any kind of staple food. The protein is also more expensive than the protein in dairy.
I like to make omelettes where the omelette is thin and acts like a crepe. Then I put ingredients in it rather than have them in the egg mixture, like rocket or baby spinach, tomatoes, bacon, etc.

I like a western omelet usually. Ham or bacon with peppers, onion & cheese. Sometimes I'll do broccoli & Swiss or maybe spinach.
Jacques Pepin has a good video on how to make a perfect omelet.

>whipping it only for 2 seconds
>only 1 egg
