Anyone /lowcarb/? Made these portobello turkey burgers about a month back
Ya got a recipe there, hotshot?
Did you just grill the ports?
>>7574933
Yeah, grilled the shrooms on an electric grill/press. Turkey patty, cheddar, sprouts, bacon. They were good but I wish I was allowed a proper grill in my apartment

You'll have to forgive the Americans here. They only have the freedom to eat Kraft Singles.

That's an American brand, dingus.

When I low carb these are a staple. I stuff my turkey burgers with cheese and minced onion.
Also portobellos stuffed with a few thinly sliced tomatoes, olive oil, pepperoni and mozzarella/provolone, basil -- are very good.
Creamed cauliflower topped with pepper jack cheese is also great.

Have a recipe for the curried chicken?
>>7575068
pretty pleb-tier but:
3 breasts, cut into chunks
1 medium onion
garlic (I just used a clove, could've used more desu)
a can of coconut milk
garam masala
turmeric
cumin
ginger
premade curry powder would be fine too
maybe some cayenne if you want some spice

>a can of coconut milk
lot of carbs in coconut milk

Shred your own and enjoy 0 carbs, pre shredded cheese is covered in maltodextrin and cellulose powder.

I didn't go over 30g net yesterday
>>7575177
Still, use coconut cream next time.
enjoy being an energy less zombie.

How many times did your husband have to make you cry for being fat for you to make a mushroom burger?
>>7574929
How could you possibly use mushrooms as a bun? Those things fall apart far too easily. You would have been better off with a shitty lettuce wrap.
