Although I've heard that you can actually supreme them with some weird chemical solution but I don't remember anything about that and I prefer to do it by hand anyways.
It's almost arousing sliding your knife blade in between the flesh and the skin and rocking the slice from one end to the other, gently sliding the knife along, cutting away just the shitty white parts and leaving you with a smooth, beautiful piece of orange ready to savor.
