Hey ck you inspired me to try cooking last night, check out what happened!
Dredged some flathead fillets in flour with S&P
Got some lettuce, shredded some cabbage & grated some carrot (not pictured)
Made a sauce out of mayonnaise with the following:
Lime juice
smoked paprika
oregano
thyme
cayenne pepper
sautéed minced garlic
Pan fried the flathead until a nice crust formed
Put a piece of fish, some carrot, some cabbage & some sauce in a lettuce leaf, unfortunately I chose lettuce which was way too small making the parcels difficult to eat
This is how it ended up, not bad overall but the things I would change are less paprika and cayenne in the sauce, and bigger lettuce leaves. Thanks for reading and thank you /ck/ for inspiring me to cook
