Oh, you mean McDonalds delicious hot, fresh fries?
>>

Looks interesting, I've been experimenting with fries made in a pan, so far they're still a little wet.
I guess that could make them crispier.

Double fry is your answer.
>>
Depends what you are having them with,
>>
>>7551191
You mean let them cool of and fry'em again?

Literally a meme.
>>

just looks like shitty pretentious hashbrowns

sweet potato fries + salt + honey is better than any of that bullshit
>>

You should think about a deep fryer. I have one and it's great for french fries, spring rolls, tofu, pakora and similar veggie fritters, etc.

The irony of this post is staggering.

Yeah, that would be the correct solution for my problem, but I don't really want to get one, since I'd probably never use it, due to inconvenience.

I just want to step up from those disgusting oven fries.

Will give it a try. So far I submerse them in cold water to remove some of the starch, dry them off, salt them and let them sit on a towel for a while.
Works pretty well but I'm not completely satisified

>inconvenience
wut
i just bought one, its super easy to use, clean, and store.
what kind of issue would you have with it
>>
>>7552090
I was just thinking of the one my mom used.
We only got it out once or twice a year and it stank up the whole floor and always seemed a bit rancid.
Then again, I probably won't need a deep fryer that feeds 6 people.

Just seems easier to fry them up with a bit of oil in a pan.
