Beer. It's bread, but with crunk. Wine works too, that shit's laden with sugar. A single glass of port wine alone can already contain 20g of carbs. That's like drinking mars bars.
Puree soup. Sautee onion, garlic, leek and potato in some olive oil and butter. Cover with water, add a bay leaf, a 3 allspice peppers, 5 black peppers, and chicken stock cubes. Boil for 30 minutes or longer. Crush with a stick blender. Add cream, stir together, bring to a bubble and remove from heat. Taste, season, taste again, serve. Can be served cooled down, if your toofs are prone to bleeding. If you need a completely cold soup, look up gazpacho.
