I fucking love nachos with extra jalapeños. I have tried a variety of canned and jarred jalapeños over the years. They are all soft, but the one brand i think are the least soft is Trappey's.

Sorry OP, there is nothing you can do at this point to make your mushy jalapeños more crunchy
