Water is so much more satisfying for thirst than water. My long time friend and current roommate can't eat a meal without soda or sweet tea.
Like he'll order delivery, forget to order a 2L with it, then go out ot the corner store to buy soda before he eats. I rarely see him drink water, if ever, no occurrence comes to mind.
