Chef Michel Dumas is a French Canadian chef cooking mostly classical french cuisine. Entertaining even for someone who doesn't speak french.

Dj BBQ can be kinda annoying at some points but his recipes are pretty good if you like grilling.
As for cheap bullshit I would recommend brothers green. Good quality and value in their recipes and they have everything from 5 minute George foremen cheesesteaks to Hugh quality dishes.

Food wishes would be fine with another chef that didn't have that horrible melody in his voice.
It's really painful to listen to him once you start to recognize the ridiculous melody he does in every sentence in every video, before i noticed this i thouht he was good.
