What does /ck/ like in their salads? I'm a fatty trying to eat right and want to see what other people usually eat in their salads.
I like [spoiler]banana peppers[/spoiler], onion, and I'm gonna start cutting way back on dressing.
I like whatever fresh fruit and vegetables I have around.
Pic related is the salad I had for dinner last night.
A good thing to add to your salads instead of dressing is salsa, it evenly coats the salad and is very flavorful while providing nothing other than lean vegetables and maybe a bit of salt.
My favorite salads tend to be green leaf lettuce, sliced tomato and onion, room temperature whole black beans, cilantro, salsa and a squirt of lime.
Add cooked corn and white rice if you want it to be a bit more filling for dinner but since you're a big boy I'd suggest skipping the rice for now.
