There was a Rubio's just down the street from my house, and it burned to the ground nearly a year ago. And when I say burned to the ground, I MEAN it. They are in the process of rebuilding it now, so if the food is any good, I might go try it once the newly built one opens.

Yes. I work 3pm to close every tuesday. Sometimes on slower tuesdays i work the head line cook position, however we have a cook who has worked there for 8 years and he usually does it because he is faster than me. I usually do wrapping/plating.
