Sounds like what my dogs eat.
I've wanted to try pemmican since I was a wee child and read about it in one of my cowboy tales. This is this closest I've come, and it was as delicious as I hoped it'd be.
People like mint with lamb, cranberry with turkey, apple with pork, salt with caramel and peanut butter with celery. Nothing wrong with cranberry and buffalo, don't knock it til you've tried it.
