I work for a semi-decent regional pizza chain.
We have a pizza of the month.
For October of last year, we had a s'mores pizza.
Basically a thin crust pizza with marshmallow fluff as the base, crushed graham crackers, those little marshmallows and then chocolate chips.
Worst fucking thing that has ever happened to me in my life. We use one of those rocker blades to cut pizzas, and even if you cut it right as it comes out of the oven, the marshmallow shit would get stuck to the blade - to the point where after cutting 4 in the span of two hours the blade is completely encrusted with marshmallow that you cannot wipe off. One of my co-workers came up with the idea of spraying the blade with non-stick spray. Even then, that just raised the number of them you could cut from 4 to 6 in a night.
