fuck I love liver! You can make it into pate (chopped liver) or put chopped eggs in your liver and onions with olive oil, pepper, and garlic powder. Another good alternative to plain liver with onions is to grill it and then cube it. Also, chopped liver wontons? I don't think that's the right term but basically liver in dough

Chopped liver, if you mean the traditional Jewish deli dish, is typically made with chicken livers.

I did mean that and yeah it is but we've definitely made it from beef liver as well. You need to broil the liver first though and then saute it (at least that's how we did it)
