Texan. Some filthy yanks (just kidding I love you faggots) think Lengua or Cabeza sounds gross, but if we're talking about America as a whole, I'd suggest Hopping John, Watergate Salad, or Rocky Mountain Oysters I guess, though the last one's more of a novelty.
