I started my diet a few months ago and I'm doing great, the thing is that I'm getting kind of bored of eating the same way the salad. Are there some salad dressings that don't add too much calories? So far I only put some lemon juice with salt and pepper
balsamic vinegar, red vinegar
everything else is pretty much just oil
Olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Everything else is fly over tier.
Mustard or hot sauce, with some Old Bay.
Don't knock it til you try it.
I would recommend just trying different combinations of mustard, vinegar and oil. After that you can also try adding fish sauce, soy sauce, oil infusions, chillis, lime juice, etc.
Thanks for the input guys, I'll try some of these on the week. I forgot how much I fucking love mustard, where I live we don't use vinegar at all so I forgot about it too.
