When eaten once or twice every day, yes.
All depends on the food item really. High calorie but low nutrition value foods should be avoided.

I just ate 2 boiled eggs with some salt and pepper, and a nice fresh salad with onions, lettuce, tomato and cabbage.
It took me around 10 minutes to prepare everything: proteins, vitamins and fibers in a quick meal.
So no. Fast food doesn't have to be bad for you, just make it healthy.

No. It could only be bad if you went over/under your macros, calorie amount, or sodium amount (some people need a lot more sodium).
