You can't booze without calories OP. Account for the surplus calories and run a deficit on sober days to make up for it.
Regular-ass whiskey. I had developed a fondness for Jim Beam before drinking three fifths a week caught up to me and I had to stop.

They don't mix well without lighter flavors to balance them out.
You can however add a few dashes of bitters to gin or vodka with great success. It doesn't work well with other spirits.
