It's always been a lifelong dream of mine to open up a sketchy somewhat creepy diner along side the road in the middle of nowhere. The kind where if an out of towner walks in everyone stops eating turns around and stares. The kind where it smells of old stale cigarette smoke. I want it to be on the road where there isn't a soul for miles except my regulars and truckers.
How do I go about achieving my dream of being a creepy restaurateur.

Find someone who owns a diner like the one you want, murder them, grind them into hamburger, put up a shitty dilapidated "Under New Management" sign out front, server man-burger to out of towners.

Move to Vegas... Outer areas are the ideal choice for starting your sleepy diner. May I recommend one thing? A filthy ceiling fan that is rotating so slow it doesn't actually move air.
Step 1: grow up in the middle of nowhere and know everyone in town.
Step 2: know all the shady, drug dealer people, and be childhood friends with them
Step 3: open up a dive bar and offer your shady friends the opportunity to use your "restaurant" as a front for their business, for a cut of the profits
Step 4: let in everyone older than 13, and have a vip backroom like in Twin Peaks where people higher up on the food chain can drug the popular high school girls and have a good time with them
