ITT: SIDES
My gf and I are getting tired of rice or potatoes as sides, well not tired as a whole but tired of plain old rice or potatoes

Any go to side you guys use out there
Recipes that are flavorful
We eat alot of baked chicken salmon tilapia
Help a nigga step his side game up

Risotto is my go to, you can make it so many god damn ways. Saute leeks before adding the rice, or add peas and crunchy sauteed panchette 5 mins before serving.

Play around with spices, you can make Moroccan, Indian, Italian or just a bag of dicks, that pleases all the OPs.
