It seems kinda odd, but I can get the appeal of it, too. Something to run pick up on the way home from work or to get and toss in the oven before your party is scheduled to start.
From a business standpoint, it must reduce overhead by a ton to not need to have any ovens.
It is fine. Cheaper than buying from a pizza joint and better than the shit-tier chains. Plus in a way it is more convenient in that you can make it whenever, but you still have to cook it. Certainly better than 90% of frozen pizza.
However I always burn my mouth because I refuse to learn from my mistakes.

It does and they pass the savings on to you. I like them because they actually grate their own cheese which is a lot better than pre-shredded shit that's coated in cellulose like most chains use.
they take ebt cards, aka welfare. thats their main business. shit restaurant, shit concept.
We have them at least once a month, after our Aldi and walmart grocery run we generally have about $20 left on our EBT that starts at $126. We use a coupon we consistantly get to get a large stuffed pizza for $11.
Turns out really well and is really good, feeds us for a couple days. Never tried one of their normal pizzas, but do love the stuffed ones.
As mentioned, the ebt/food stamps gives them an edge and allows them to compete against the other chain pizza places.
