what are some meals i can make entirely out of things i buy from vege market? (eggs, vegetables, fruit..my budget doesn't really include fish) last week i made fried cauliflower rice and sometimes i make huevos rancheros but i'm running out of ideas? i also generally avoid bread/pasta/rice for health reasons.

fuck OP here,
i'm not into paleo bullshit stuff like that, and i eat meat. all i am asking for is meal ideas that are made entirely out of meat and vegetables/legumes only. i get my carbs from sweet potato, potatoes, pumpkin etc. i would just prefer it if i got my calorie intake from things i actually enjoy, whereas i don't find pasta or rice or bread very enjoyable so i don't want to waste my time with them. i might as well get my carb intake from starchy vegetables as i enjoy them more and i know they're better for me
