Definitely rabbits. Why the fuck would you eat a puppy or a kitten when you can wait for it to grow up and harvest more from it?

Rabbit. cats are obligate carnivores and will probably taste sulphurous. Dogs have a pretty poor feed to weight ratio and I think puppies would be more suited for grilling than stewing

What's that about carnivores? Nothing wrong with them.
On the wet cooking topic, I braised some lamb shanks and when I opened the roaster all my liquid was GONE. I had just sit of a quart, covered with foil before the roaster top. It was 4 hours at 350. I don't understand what happened. I added back my chicken stock and red wine and it's back in the oven for a but more to attempt to recover this disaster. I'm cooking them for a contest today.

Well I just took them out of the oven and tasted and they are great. Falling off the bone, good flavor, and juicy. Into the crock pot they go to keep warm while I preheat the oven for roasted cauliflower.
