Gaboon viper.

Probably a corn snake.

They are the largest viper, but also the most chill. Rarely ever strike, but if they do they have one of the fastest strikes in the snake world. Their venom isn't particularly strong, but unlike other snakes they won't let go after biting.

Best snake for bake sale.

You don't do a bake sale if you're worried about efficiency, unless all you want to sell is sugar cookies.

What about something like kettle corn or popcorn balls? That would be efficient as fuck.

Cuteness sells, such as special cupcakes or decorations. If it can be shown to others or bragged about, or bought as a gift, you might sell more for those taking it home or sharing with someone to support your bottom line with more purchases. Whole items, like whole cakes or breads might sell as something that is worth taking home for tonight's dinner dessert.
Clean/nicely wrapped/easy to eat/neat vs messy, are the rules for bake sales. Also value sells. Cut those things HUGE like they do over at the starbucks, to have it go faster than the person who cut them proper serving size. Your cookies are 25% wider than the other guys, or stacked 3 in the wrapper with a ribbon, and it might sell better than the boring single ones.

Moneywise, if you have a buy one get one, it'll be cupcakes, or brownies. Anything that uses oil vs actual butter will be cheaper to make. Rice krispie treats with margarine, store brand cereal can be made in bulk easily for low price. Lemon bars are kind of economical, or anything for which you have the fruit already or can shop at a costco for bulk ingredients.
