I got an Instant Pot 3 weeks ago and so far I have made:
Beef stew x2
Chili
Yogurt x2
Quinoa
Rice
Corn Chowder
Beans x3
Mongolian Beef
This thing is amazing. Why has nobody discovered the wonders of pressure cooking?

My parents picked one up ages ago and never used it so I inherited it. Things pretty great, I mostly use it for rice as I don't have a rice cooker.
Cooked big batches of pulses, stews, chilli and sopa negra. I want to try doing some oats or maybe stewed fruit in it

I'm sorry for your lots, anon.

Is it worth the investment? My rice cooker went and I am looking for a replacement. Does it have a timer/delayed start?

I've had a zojirushi rice cooker for years and I might get rid of it because the Instant Pot does it all. I believe it has a timer/delayed start, but I haven't used it yet (and I'm not sure if I ever will). It cooked the rice via pressure, so you need to use a bit less water I'm finding because less water evaporates as it's cooking.
You can also use it as a slow cooker (but why would you when you can just pressure cook everything). If you think you slow cook a lot and/or would benefit from a pressure cooker along with a rice cooker I think it's a good investment.
People are wary of pressure cooking because of all the horror stories of shit exploding and sending blazing hot food and bits of metal everywhere.

I had an old pressure cooker with the weight on it for the stove top and that thing was scary. This is nothing like that. Don't be an idiot and it won't explode.

Dude, literally >99% of people are complete dumbasses.
