/ck/'s simple sandwich sauces? Any one have good sauce combos or mixtures?
A pretty good combo I found was Sweet Baby Ray's Golden Mustard BBQ sauce mixed with Kikkoman Siracha Mayo mixed at a ratio of about 2/1. Sweet with some good spice to it.
I put homemade hummus on one slice of bread and avocado on the other slice.

thanks for a serious answer.
I primarily make sandwiches and I'm trying to get good ideas without killing my wallet and taking too much time to make.
5 parts strained greek yogurt, 2 parts yellow mustard, 1 (or 0.5 depending on tase) part honey. Mix and add some smoked paprika, chili flakes, dry thyme, s & p.
Goes well with rich meats, like pulled pork
Not exact numbers but you get the idea
1 part Sour Cream
1 part Horseradish
1/2 part chives
1/4 part lemon juice
Salt & Pepper to taste
Add to a roast beef sammich(with a cheddar sauce of course) and you're good to go.
