Man that French omelette looks so damn good
>heat pan on medium heat
>whisk eggs together (no seasoning yet)
>butter up hot pan, pour in eggs, turn heat to medium-low
>after about a minute you should see the egg starting to cook and solidify, lay your ingredients on top and cook for 30 seconds more then turn to low
>fold the omelette in half, cook on each side for about a minute

The times don't have to be exact; as you make them more and more you get to know what to do.
I suggest trying a combo of cream cheese, chives and smoked salmon.
