Okay, so you've figured out the stuffed sandwich. Good for you.
NOW, replace THOSE ingredients with (in order from bottom to top filling):
> whole grain mustard (spread across bottom to protect integrity of bread)
>muenster cheese slices
>pot roast that has been soaking in it own drippings
>caramelized onions
>sauteed mushrooms
>a drizzle of balsamic vinegar
>shredded cheese of a swiss type or gruyere
>the bread top, which has been spread again with whole grain mustard
>wrap whole thing in foil and bake at 300F for about half an hour or so
