rice noodles vs pasta
who can win?
Flavor?
Health?
Glycemic?

>flavor
Depends on how it's prepared

pretty much interchangable

then how about just plain?

What kind of pasta? What kind of rice noodles. Vermicelli is not the only rice noodle. Pasta is made out of more than one kind of dough. They come in different shapes and textures. You can't just say "rice noodle vs. pasta" because those words don't fucking convey anything meaningful.

rice noddles are great, but I don't know anything about the health
I'd suspect they would have less fiber

vermicelli are the worst kind though, I only stir fry them and use they for spring rolls

I like the thicker noodles, and fresh > dried always.
soup noodles are my go-to for eating vegetables; but I'd like to get more into it

What are these called and how do I make them? I bet they are hard to cook properly.

Tagliatelli tastes the best when cooked al dente and with some gouda on top.

pappardelle. follow instructions on box, that's it.

Actual rice > noodles/pasta

get lost with your rice, it is off topic.

as long as you don't overcook pasta it has a low GI. abd there is a massive load if egg in ut that makes pasta very rich and nourishing. pasta, olive oil and garlic make a quick and easy meal without soy sauce or shitty flavor packs.

Fried rice > Pasta > boiled rice

why not have some egg instead of diluting it with all that useless flower?

What about OPs original question?
Assuming both are vermicelli or angel hair, which is healthier"
