Apology for my english
My guess is that a "carne asada" (Barbecue?) is a universal thing but my question is what sides do people use in different countries?
I'm asking this cuz I don't think nothing is better than guacamole, salsas, flour tortillas, picled red onions in lime juice, etc.

Don't apologize for your English, you cunt
pickled red onions are kind of rare in the states unless you go to a nicer place
A lot of people here are idiots who add lettuce and shredded cheddar.
Personally, I never put cheese on any mexican food unless it's like standard like a wet burrito.
some places have limes and I love getting fresh lime juice on my burrito at those kinds of places. I've only seen it at Whole Foods

>i don't think nothing is better than
No, sides are better than no sides.
You also like the things you do because you come from a country where that's all you've even been exposed to.
In most first world countries people grow up eating all sorts of things and can choose whatever cuisine the're in the mood for that day.
The "best" is just a matter of preference, and people who only eat one flavor profile are basically picky eaters.
