Actually no, it's not very bad for you at all. If you actually read the ingredients list, the worst thing is the quantity of Sodium. Other than that, pretty much all the ingredients are derived from plants or are already part of the human body, like L-Carnitine. It's about as dangerous as sweet tea (but with less sugar).

I've been trying the different flavors of Java monsters, all good so far. Just make sure not to buy them from a convenience store staffed by lazy teenagers, they tend to leave the cans out too long and let the milk curdle. I was turned off java monsters for quite a while because I got 3 cans in a row with nasty shit at the bottom.
Kona blend, Loca moca, and Irish blend are pretty fantastic, and I generally don't like sweet coffees. Make sure to keep your tabs if you try them, they're doing a thing right now where you get rewards for redeeming the codes on the tabs.

Sounds sarcastic. I don't advocate getting high on meth, and I certainly don't recommend it if you've got an addictive personality, like me, but its really not as scary as its made out to be- especially in low doses.
I tried it once, and I'll never touch it again because I know I'm the kind of person who'd abuse it. My brother, on the other hand used it about once a month for 4 years while he was in medschool and hasn't touched it since he graduated.
