They fry the patty in mustard, and grill up the onions.
Animal style on the fries adds cheese, onions, and the burger spread, which is more or less a thousand island dressing kind of thing.

I don't know why Animal Style isn't the default at this point. I don't think I've gotten a regular burger in years.

What don't you get? The mustard is fried on to the patty instead of being put on afterwards.
great thread except i prefer protein style because i prefer half of it on my lap when i reach my destination
