I have abdominal cramps right now. These have happened in the past and I usually get them at random. Could be because of too much sodium or my obsession with Alcohol.

I bought a fuck ton of Gunger Ale. I also heard Water is good for cramps but I also heard they might make them worse

I wish I had ulcer tablets but CVS is closed

What can I do to release tension.
