Reviewbrah dropped a 9.2/10 review today:

The place was In-N-Out.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=igxV7X_gzaM

What do you think, /CK/?

Have you ever tried the Double Double?

Is it as good as he says?

For fast food and $3.50 its decent. But by no means is it a -good- burger. Its way over rated but I still eat there a few times a year.

I have tried the double double and it is the recommended burger for non-Californians to try In-n-Out. Should also get some Animal style fries and you got yourself the In-n-Out experience. Don't go for the grilled onions because you get much less onions.

>one or two sizes
>fact of the matter
No. Suits don't come in small/medium/large/extra large, like your piss stained sweatshirts. Ideal shoulder padding, lapel style, and sleeve width varied depending on the time period.

Size is based on intended fit based on a generic chest measurement of a generic body type. A loose fitting suit can have larger proportions than a tight fitting suit even though they are labeled as being for the same body size. That is how style works. The designer has an idea of how it should fit, and assigns the appropriate number. Unlike with your mother's dresses that you put on when she's away at work, men's jackets are not plagued with the vanity sizing problem, so we can pretty much rely on them.

The FACT is, his suit fits adequately for a cheap off the rack suit. You have a problem with the style because you have never seen something like that before. Go rent some action films from the 80s, all the bad guys wear shoulder pads like that, and even some of the good guys. They tend to look a little nicer because the actors have broader shoulders, carry themselves more confidently, and have professional costume designers unlike review brah who just asked them to chop a few inches off the sleeves. But the basic proportions are similar.

Additionally, please refrain from ever discussing suit fit again.

>>7282094

stay mad breh, I bet you wear your dads hand me downs
>>
>>7276671

>>
>>7282117
My dad actually did wear suits when I was younger (he's retired now), which is why I'm not as clueless as you about the history of suits. But he's a different size and shape than me, largely because I lift and train obsessively, so his stuff wouldn't fit me even if I wanted to wear it.

Your dad impregnated your mother when they were both in high school, which is why your idea of suits is based on k-pop videos and not real people. The only suit you've seen on a real person was the child protective services officer who your parents trained you to lie to. Hence why you have unhappy feelings towards normal suits, and you think everything should look like a spandex joke suit from Ali Express.
>>
>>7282162

Most people are different shapes and sizes hence why tailors exist. I work in London and need to wear a suit everyday for work. I understand what you mean about styles of suits from different time periods but to say that his suit isn't ill fitting is just wrong. Nice projection though
>>
>>7282204
>Most people are different shapes and sizes hence why tailors exist.
I see we have an internet expert here, how many /fa/ threads have you blessed with your wisdom?
>I work in London and need to wear a suit everyday for work
What's it like driving for Uber?

Let me give you some advice that might come in handy when you decide to actually do this thing you keep telling people on /fa/ to do: You cannot, ever, make a ready to wear suit fit if it wasn't the right size to begin with. You can bark at the tailor all you want, eventually they will tell you you're being unreasonable. Borderline cases can be fixed for hundreds of dollars of work, and for what? Your suit will still look a little bit "off" in the best case. Even if it started off at the right size, sometimes it still doesn't fit quite right because individuals rarely match the generic template perfectly. That's why people pay for MTM and bespoke.

The reason you are used to the absence of slack as being a defining feature of a suit that "fits" is that stretch fabrics are fairly common in unconstructed fast-fashion suits. In a normal business suit, there is always some room for movement, because the fabric doesn't stretch. Yes, even in a comparatively trim 2016 business suit.

It is a restaurant that uses very basic ingredients you can buy at any grocery store, they are not extraordinary ingredients. The cooking methods are very basic and what a person can do at home who possesses a modicum of cooking skills. All ingredients used are whole base level ingredients. Im not sure if many herbs/spices are used, if any. There is nothing about the food or the way that its prepared which would give it a flavor or taste differing from what is described above, and it does not posses a flavor or taste which differs from what is described above.

I hate to hurt anyones feelings but In-N-Out seems to be one of those ordeals, for whatever reason, that have a great deal of hive mentality and social logic tied into its rants and raves. Its seems to be easy to praise and easy to hurt the feelings of its appraisers, therefore exists little criticism/truth, just like political correctness. I have trouble understanding it any other way... maybe im wrong..

I've never watched Joey but I'm going to give my opinion anyway: Reviewbrah is calm and reserved and requires a high attention span to watch, while Joey is probably the review equivalent of junk food. Also, half the posts in Joey threads(though again I'm just guessing) are likely just "HAHA HE'S FAAAAT" like in Simply Sara threads, while Revewbrah is skinny. I guess a combination of those two means that there's naturally going to be a much higher concentration of outright worthless posts in Joey threads, which is USUALLY the reason seemingly on-topic threads get deleted anywhere.

I like both but prefer Whataburger. But I get so much more pumped about In N Out because I live nowhere near one, it's been years since I had it. tbqh they are both overhyped compared to a really good burger. They're both just top notch fast food. Whataburger is more filling, has more options, and usually tastes better. In N Out is the very best fast food you can buy at that price point and the limited options are liberating. I also really like the controversial fries.

No. Burgers are supposed to be affordable, standard fare. A premium burger on a menu is cool, fast casual or partial-service places having an egregiously expensive standard burger is dumb.
>>
>>7283926
You call that ass?

Are you Irish?
>>
In-N-Out is a shit company nowadays. Anyone who says otherwise obviously hasn't eaten there in a decade since they changed management from the original owner, to his cost cutting children.

Go eat at the Habit, that shit has the best possible fast food burger you could get for price/taste ratio, and the lines aren't half an hour long like In-N-Out has because of the shitty "classic california" hype.

That, or try any other gourmet burger restaurant. They're popping up every day
>>
>>7285706

You're right. In-N-Out doesn't use fancy cooking techniques or complex ingredients, but the burgers are fresh and you can get a Double-Double for less than $5.

If you bought everything yourself you would have to store the leftovers unless you are feeding a family. You would also have to clean up afterwards.

I have made burgers at home for parties, but if I only want one for myself it's better to go to a decent burger joint.

I agree that The Habit is much better. I haven't been to In-N-Out in a year or so because of the lines, but I would still choose it over places like McDonald's, Carl's Jr., or Wendy's. The Habit doesn't have a drive-thru, either, so that gives In-N-Out an advantage. I'd rather wait for a Habit burger instead, however.
