Soup co/ck/s.

Bought a can of calamari today (>inb4 should have bought fresh, they didn't have any). Never made it before. Was going to deep fry it and dip it in saus. Is it pretty straight forward?

Open can
Drain juice
Flour
Eggs
Breadcrumbs
Fry

You should have bought fresh, even if they didn't have any.

I would rinse it off first and season it.

You can also just dredge it in seasoned flour and fry it like that. Just don't cook it too long or it will turn into rubber.

sound horrible, why not get it fresh or frozen?

Again, they didn't have fresh.

So no breadcrumbs, just flour?
