In australia, all our schnittys are made of road kill or chicken. the chicken ones are pretty good. but nothing beats a freshly killed koala schnitty.

Of course, a chicken schnitzel is not the same as a calf schnitzel, but if done right it tastes damm good, I even would say comparable to a calf schnitzel.
Also it may be easy to make a schnitzel, but to make a good schitzel you ned some practice.
Unless you are talking about cheap, already coated, pressed meat schnitzel, that you just deep fry, then you basically have a chicken nugget.
