I've demolished the "ambrosia" style marshmallow salad that Publix sells too, in like 3 can't-help-myself portions and seconds from the fridge too. It's only about 2 cups of that, though.
Cool-whip, marshmallows, cherries, pineapple, mandarins,coconut flakes, I believe. Supposed to have pecans, but publix doesn't put them in there. It's sugar overload, but not sure it's dangerous calories, OP, because marshmallows and cool whip are pretty fluffy non-dense and lower cal items.

for the holidays, at the restaurant where i work i made a watergate salad inspired desert
pistachio and marshmallow ice cream, pineapple/brandy jam, pistachio shortbread crumble, and whipped cream on top, it was a big crowd pleaser, made people laugh a bit too
