Are these steaks safe to eat?
Today is their sellby date so apparently they shouldnt be bad but ive never had steak with such brown discoloration
The discoloration is oxidation, they are perfectly safe. If you want to feel better about it psychologically, cook them to medium instead of rare or medium rare
I would suggest cooking them before eating.
