I had a shittier looking sandwich in a hospital, and after waiting around for 6 hours with a dislocated elbow before they fixed it, it was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had.

I've spent the last majority of my life eating these high end sandwiches and subs and it just tastes like nothing, no matter how good or fancy any ingredient is putting them all together just ends up tasting like nothing

When I was depressed I literally spent 6 hours a day making sandwiches to try and 'prove' that I was a worthwhile member of society
One one particular day I sat at my desk for 4 hours slicing a boiled egg with a thin razer blade and put it in between 2 slices of pitta bread to try and create something artisan, I told my parents it was a 'Middle Eastern Birth Breakfast' and my dad told me it was more like a sandwich artist had a stroke with the brush in his hand.
