op here i did it and it turned out well. green olives and tomatoes on a Freschetta cheese pizza.
I always put clams on frozen pizza because no pizza place will put clams on a pizza despite it being a god tier pizza topping
oh yes I love to take their 4 cheese pizza and put anchovies on it. Turns out great.
Drizzle olive oil and parmesan over whatever pizza you're baking before tossing into the oven.
It'll make it better, especially if the pizza has a tendency towards being a bit dry.

My mom used put an inch thick layer of veggies on frozen cheese pizzas because she was a vitamin freak. That many veggies release a lot of liquid as they cook and turn the pizza into a soup bowl. Would not recommend.
Whenever I buy frozen pizzas, I always grab the best frozen cheese pizza I can find and put a can of anchovies on it. 10/10.
