I live in an area where you can get the best cakes made for a justifiable price. They're sold in places I like to call, "Bakeries."

If they fuck up the cake itself, the milk mixture would salvage it. And you wouldn't even have to worry about your cake being moist because of all that liquid. If you still want the chocolate frosting, ask them to put in some cocoa powder in the whipped cream.
