It takes only seconds to grab some veggies or meat out of the fridge and add it to the instant ramen.
On the other hand it takes 10 minutes or more just to boil the big pot of water to cook non-instant noodles.
That's the difference. Time. Instant ramen hacks are fast. Cooking non-instant noodles is not.
